Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, we welcome you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns that are made from 31-60 days after purchase are eligible for online credit or store credit. In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. If a return is not approved for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you to verify your identity.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
